This Standing Arrangement is intended to provide Facility Condition Assessment Consulting Services to the Infrastructure Planning and Design Branch of the Integrated Infrastructure Services Department. The work generally involves conducting facility audits and preparing facility condition assessments for various facility types. The Consultant will act as the Prime Consultant and be responsible for all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other work necessary to deliver the required services for any purchase orders under this contract. The Consultant is expected to ensure prompt response with necessary resources for the work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
