The Cleveland Public Library is seeking qualifications statements from firms to provide surveying, environmental assessments, geotechnical engineering, and other ancillary engineering services for the second phase of its Facilities Master Plan. The project includes interior and exterior improvements and renovations to five library branches, with two possibly including small additions. Services required involve surveying (for due diligence, lot consolidation, and construction), environmental site assessments, hazardous material surveys, remediation management, geotechnical investigations and testing, compliance testing, and construction materials testing and inspection. Firms must coordinate their services with the Owner's architects, construction manager, and other consultants and contractors. All qualifications statements must be submitted electronically via email. Late submissions may not be accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
