Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a licensed Abatement Contractor for selective building abatement and disposal of hazardous materials for a flooring replacement project at Vista Elementary School, Installation and maintenance of containments, barricades, and other appurtenances to facilitate the removal of hazardous materials and ensure the security of the work area from entry by unauthorized personnel. Abatement of floor tile, mastic, and removal of wood and rubber base on walls in classrooms and other locations as indicated on the Drawings. Removal and disposal of all hazardous materials off-site to approved landfills Providing copies of all manifests, records, and closeout documents for Owners records. Questions Due Date: Apr 20th 2026, 2:00 PM MDT Questions Online Portal All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place/Bonfire (U3P). Questions submitted directly to Owner or Architect will not be answered until re-submitted through U3P. The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond, with the bid, for a total bid amount that is $50,000.00 or greater.
