Lawncare and related services are requested for the Pratt County Courthouse (300 S. Ninnescah, Pratt, KS 67124) and Pratt County Law Enforcement Center (303 S. Oak St., Pratt, KS 67124) from April 2026 through October 2026. Services sought include: (1) weekly mowing; (2) watering as needed; (3) edging as needed; (4) debris removal from lawn, sidewalks, parking area, entry ways, and base of building (including leaves, trash, bird droppings, etc.); and (5) weed control on sidewalks and parking lot. Bidders are to submit a monthly rate for the specified services. Bids should be directed to the County Clerk, 300 S. Ninnescah – P.O. Box 885, Pratt, KS 67124. Bids will be received until Monday, April 20, at 2:00 pm, at which time all bids will be opened and considered by the Board of County Commissioners.
