Site work for a civil project in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Engineering services are requested for the design of a vacuum sewer system improvement as recommended in the approved design analysis report. The work includes valve pit improvements for approximately 52 pits, valve and inoperable valve replacements, seal and controller replacements for vacuum pits prone to waterlogging as assessed during field inventory. The project may also include replacement of two sewage pumps, replacement in-kind of piping, valves, fittings, and associated appurtenances between the two vacuum pumps and the vacuum sewer tanks. Valve pits will undergo exterior structure improvements to reduce exterior water infiltration. Coordination with city and state environmental authorities is required to successfully complete the design phase. All questions must be submitted in writing.
