Site work for a water / sewer project in Fenwick, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for replacing and upgrading the existing sanitary sewer on Foss Road from Church Street to Balfour Street. The contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, notifying residents within the construction limits, and notifying when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas is required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards. The work must proceed continuously to completion within 140 working days. All work, except for surface reinstatements, is to be substantially complete by October 30, 2026; surface reinstatements are to be completed by November 30, 2026. A Geotechnical Report is included for review, and tenderers are to make further investigations at their own expense to accurately assess subsurface conditions.
