Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The wastewater treatment plant improvements include, but are not limited to: one proposed drum screen; one proposed conveyor compactor and trash chute; one proposed manually cleaned coarse bar screen box; proposed access stairs and platforms; proposed yard piping and valve replacements; proposed electrical and controls; and other associated works as specified in the plans. Bidders must furnish all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders submitting electronic bids must comply with Owner's electronic bidding and signature rules. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 2:00 PM CT CivcastUSA Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the online system for such information to Engineer not less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening.
