Sealed bids are invited for the reconstruction of two three-bedroom homes, as described in the plans and specifications. The construction will occur at a maximum of two separate lots within the City. Each home should be evaluated by a site visit before submitting a bid. Local purchasing of materials for the construction projects is encouraged. Bidders may obtain contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, as well as bidding instructions by email. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held for up to ninety days for the purpose of reviewing and investigating bidder qualifications before awarding the contract.
