Renovation of a civil project in Dresden, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
* Owner does not release the Bid Amount at this time. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. Replacement and relocation of the standby generator at a Wallaceburg Sanitary Pump Station and the Dresden WPCP. The Wallaceburg SPS will require HVAC upgrades to the existing PS building. The Wallaceburg site is to be completed in 2026. The Dresden WPCP site is to start in 2027. All interested parties will meet at 475 Wellington Street, Wallaceburg then move to 700 Camden Street, Dresden . All Bidders/Contractors, major sub-trade tenderers and suppliers are invited. Attendance will be taken via a sign-in sheet and the Bidders' List finalized from those in attendance, prior to the meeting starting. Once the meeting has started no additional Bidders/Contractors etc. will be permitted to sign-in to the meeting. Tenders will not be accepted from a Bidder/Contractor who does not attend the Mandatory Site Meeting.
