Competitive sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of "ROYSE CITY ISD WORTHY FATE HIGH SCHOOL OFFSITE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS." The work includes approximately 9,800 linear feet of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 3,300 linear feet of 15-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, and 40 sanitary sewer manholes of 5-foot diameter. Contract Documents, including plans and special contract documents, are available at Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Fifth Edition with current amendments) published by the North Central Texas Council of Governments also form part of the contract documents. Royse City ISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. Bid security is required in accordance with the contract documents.
