Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120 is accepting sealed bids for the Mundelein High School Master Facility Phase 2 project. The proposals are for Bid Group #9, which includes Bid Package #53 – Signage (rebid) and Bid Package #63 - Bleachers. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Specifications can be viewed or downloaded electronically via Building Connected. Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification of all bidders in this bid group is required prior to the bid due date. Submit one fully executed copy of AIA Document A305 “Contractor’s Qualification Statement” prior to submitting the bid form via email. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder shall procure and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The competency and responsibility of the bidders will be considered in making awards. Bidders shall comply with all provisions and laws of the United States and State of Illinois concerning public works projects including but not limited to the Illinois Human Rights Act and regulations of the Illinois Human Rights Commission.
