Sealed bids are invited for the Apollo Park Playground Renovation. Only general contractors with prior experience performing similar work and who meet the minimum qualification standards specified in the bid documents are eligible. Bids from contractors not meeting these standards will be rejected. General contractors must complete the bid proposal form and provide information demonstrating qualification and complete the Bidder Qualification Form contained within the bid package, showing that they meet the minimum standards. Plans and specifications can be obtained by emailing the specified contact at the administration office, including all business and current contact information in the request. The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids, and accept only portions of a proposal while rejecting the remainder. Sealed bids must be received by the specified deadline at the administration office, where they will be opened.
