The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking requests for quotes for the administration of the campsite maintenance of the Horseshoe Lake Campsite in the town of Piercefield, NY 12973 (St. Lawrence County). There are two services required: bringing the existing campsite amenities up to accessible standards and adding an accessible parking space and aisle to the existing observation platform. Proposers shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation guidelines regarding permissible contacts during a procurement and the prohibition of inappropriate lobbying influence.
