Sealed bids entitled "2026 Streets & Misc. Concrete Upgrades Project" are being solicited for asphalt mill and overlay and miscellaneous concrete upgrades along Robertson Ave. from east of N. 7th St. to Railway St., along N. 7th Street from north of Big Horn Ave. to Pulliam Ave., along S. 23rd St. from Sage Crossing Ave. to Cardinal St., and along S. 8th Street from south of Big Horn Ave. to Grace Ave. Bid forms, specifications, and plans may be obtained from Eagle Engineering & Surveying, Inc. upon payment of a non-refundable fee or accessed online with instructions from the engineering firm. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City of Worland, and plainly marked with the project name. The City of Worland reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing.
