The Breathitt County Fiscal Court is seeking bids for new surveillance systems and installations at two sites. Prospective bidders must be qualified and experienced in the selling, installation, and programming of surveillance systems and their components. All work must comply with applicable state and federal regulations. The Breathitt County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses, waive technicalities, and negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "Surveillance System." Minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to participate when possible.
