Construction on the rehabilitation of Foothill Family Apartments commenced on October 20, 2025. The construction period is anticipated to be approximately 12 months, completing in November 2026. The 65-unit affordable housing development has approximately 1,090 square feet of communal space, including a property management office, a community multipurpose room, accessible bathrooms, and a community kitchen. Minimal rehab upgrades are being made to this space. On behalf of RAMP Housing, Inc. (RAMP), the staff seeks to hire an interior design firm to create design plans and specifications for new furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for the 1,090 square feet of communal space at Foothill Family Apartments. RAMP is seeking an interior design firm that will offer creative solutions to transform the existing space, introduce flexible design elements that facilitate different types of events and space uses, including but not limited to community meetings and celebrations, property management office use, and one-on-one meetings between property management staff and residents. Vendor shall provide an interior design for the replacement of office and multipurpose room furniture, including but not limited to a conference table, chairs, a desk and file storage, and general decor.
