Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hamiota, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a 16,860-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
Hamiota Municipality is requesting quotes to complete four paving sites in the town of Hamiota, MB. Please price each site separately on the quotation. Site 1 is approximately 7440 sq ft (21'x300') with a flare onto the street. Site 2 is approximately 8820 sq ft (420'x21'). Site 3 is approximately 200 sq ft (10'x20') for a utility service repair. Site 4 is approximately 200 sq ft (10'x20') for a utility service repair. The contractor is responsible for removing old asphalt and base material, hauling away materials, and prepping the base for paving. Low or any proposal is not necessarily accepted. Hamiota reserves the right to delete sites from the proposal based on budgetary constraints.
