The University is conducting a Request for Supplier Pre-Qualifications to establish a Standing Arrangement (RFSA) for Structured Cabling Contractors. The Standing Arrangement is comprised of two Categories: Category A - Unionized Structured Cabling Contractors and Category B - Non-Unionized Structured Cabling Contractors. Proponents may submit proposals for only one Category. Each Category will be awarded independently with a Master Services Agreement. The University intends to select a maximum of six qualified suppliers (three per Category) to establish a Standing Arrangement for a term of three years. The anticipated scope involves supplying structured cabling services as per the requirements further described in the procurement documents. The procurement may involve negotiation and is not expected to use an electronic auction. Only prequalified suppliers will be invited to participate in the subsequent processes. Mandatory submission requirements: Proposal Acknowledgement Form (Pass/Fail), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Authorized Reseller Partner (Pass/Fail), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Hardware Warranty (Pass/Fail). Technical evaluation will consider company information & organization chart, team members, relevant experience, understanding the assignment, health and safety, and social and sustainable practices.
