Renovation of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The primary objective is to retain a mechanical contractor to refurbish the existing constant volume and variable air volume thermal units and retrofit existing pneumatic control services devices with new direct digital controls (DDC) at the University's Rogers Communication Centre Building (RCC) located at 80 Goud Street, Toronto. Bidders are required to submit a Proposal Acknowledgement Form and meet the minimum passing score for the technical evaluation. The technical submission should include company information, relevant experience, a project team, an understanding of the project with a proposed schedule, and details on social and sustainable practices. Evaluation will be based on both technical and financial criteria. Suppliers should refer to the procurement documents for full details and requirements.
