Renovation of a museum in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Inspection and servicing of four sprinkler systems at Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site in St. Louis, MO, including two dry-pipe systems and two wet-pipe systems (one with anti-freeze). Work includes inspection of the systems and repair of sprinkler heads identified from previous inspections. There is an option for inspection services for a subsequent calendar year. Bidders must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission and must provide quotes structured according to the specified line items. Quotes should be submitted on company letterhead and may include additional line items for individual models if needed. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the site prior to quoting to assess any conditions that may affect contract performance. Liability insurance with the United States of America as an insured party is required, and use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) on site is prohibited.
