The estimated construction budget for this contract is $1,328,046.00 Flood Management Facilities (SARTI & SARTO). This is a unit price contract for the construction of flood management facilities, with the understanding that the quantities shown are estimated and provided for budgetary purposes only. The contractor is not guaranteed the entire work and the City may order all, some, or none of the work described. The work is to be substantially completed within 180 calendar days and does not include hazardous environmental work. The estimated construction budget for this contract is $1,328,046.00. The project requires two project signs. Online bidding is utilized via CivCast. Hard copies will not be accepted. Bids must include the following uploads in CivCast: Contract Signature Page, Local Preference Program Identification Form, Bid Bond, VOSB Program Tracking Form, TEC Form 1295 Certification Number & Date, and Heat Illness Prevention Acknowledgement Form.
