Construction of a submersible duplex sanitary lift station consisting of an 8-foot diameter concrete wet well, two submersible lift pumps, 6-inch discharge piping and force main, electrical controls, manual transfer switch, portable generator plug-in, site work including concrete pavement, crushed concrete site cover, influent gravity sanitary line, non-potable water line, site fencing and gate, and all related appurtenances. Contractor is responsible for obtaining, installing, and constructing all items and descriptions shown on the construction plans and specifications to provide a fully functional and operational sanitary lift station. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent of the total amount bid. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered at the bid opening address within one business day of receipt of the bid opening.
