Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Sealed bids are invited for the 2025 Road Improvement Program (Re-Bid) for the Township of Evesham, Burlington County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications must be obtained from Remington & Vernick Engineers, available electronically upon request and payment. Bids must be prepared using the required forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes labeled with the bidder's name, address, and project reference, and submitted to the Township Clerk's Office by the specified deadline. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not exceeding $20,000, and a certificate letter from a surety company for a completion bond. The successful bidder is subject to all necessary funding being secured by the township, as well as all applicable State, Federal, or Local permits, and must comply with various statutes and acts, including the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and business registration requirements for both contractors and any named subcontractors. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 No interpretations of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer, and to be given consideration, must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the final date fixed for receiving bids.
