The project scope includes construction of a new LAS building, installation of a double-walled LAS storage tank, metering pumps, gas chlorination system, addition of two 150-pound gas cylinders with scale, chemical analyzers, and chemical piping. It also includes installation of an 8-inch surface water conveyance line to an existing ground storage tank 8-inch fill line, modification to the existing water well piping, and all necessary electrical upgrades required for a future surface water meter station. The work also involves site work and site restoration, and all work must be completed in place per the contract plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, and a cashier's check or bid bond amounting to 2% of the total bid must accompany each submission. The successful bidder must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
