Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Design and installation of new playground equipment, poured-in-place surfacing, and miscellaneous construction items for the renovation of Civic Green Playground. All bids must be provided by either mailing a copy or dropping off a fully sealed copy to 62 Plaza Drive. The contract has a cost estimate of $500,000 with liquidated damages set at $250. Project should be approximately 120 days.The existing playground at Civic Green will be removed to a rough grade. Contractor will design, install, and furnish new playground equipment surfacing material and miscellaneous construction items. Owner is responsible for demolition and rough grading of existing playground area. Owner will provide the drainage system to working playground and in place prior to any work to be performed. The contractor may re-route the drain for design if needed and is responsible for any repair if damaged during construction. Owner will provide a temporary fence for the duration of the project. Contractor is responsible for field measurements and depths. Contractor is responsible for relocating water line(s) if required by the design. Keep construction areas clean and safe to the public at all times
