Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealcoat approximately 24,000 square feet of driveway and parking area(s) at 500 Old Colony/146 South Street in Hyannis. Fill all existing potholes and cracks over 1/4 of an inch with a Cold Patch, Perma Patch mixture, or similar product prior to sealcoating. After patching and sealcoating, restripe the existing asphalt for parking spaces, mark Fire Lanes, H/C accessible parking spots, reserved areas, and No Parking areas. Standard parking stalls to be single stripe and spaced evenly; all accessible parking stalls to be single stripe and of appropriate width. Pavement markings for parking spots, No Parking, and reserved spaces to be white non-reflectorized traffic paint. Parking space lines to be 6" wide, straight, with sharp corners and clean edges. Pavement markings for Fire Lanes and corresponding curb to be painted Fire Yellow. Accessibility symbols to conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act 2010 standards for Accessible Design and the Commonwealth of MA Architectural Access Board requirements. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. All quotes must be on company letterhead. The successful contractor must provide a completed W-2 form and a recent copy of the contractor's insurance policy. All written quotes are due by 3PM on Friday, April 20, 2026, at the office of the Barnstable Housing Authority, 146 South Street, Hyannis, MA 02601 and will be opened forthwith.
