KCATA seeks to upgrade Real-Time Arrival Signs (RTAS) along the Prospect Avenue MAX BRT Route at select locations. The acquisition involves 24 Real-Time Arrival Signs and Mounting Posts. Of these, 10-12 RTAS and Mounting Posts will be provided to a contractor for installation in 2026. The remaining 12 RTAS and posts will be installed later at the 75th Street Transit Center and the East Village Transit Center as replacements for the original electronic signs. Additionally, KCATA will acquire 15 Real-Time Arrival Signs and Mounting Posts for the Unified Government to install along the State Avenue Corridor from 29th Street to KC Sporting Park in the Legends. Bid submittals must include all required documents and attachments as stated in the IFB and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on the specified bid date. No electronic submissions will be accepted. Packages must be clearly marked as specified and delivered to the location provided. Late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered responsive.
