The project is funded by SRF Project No: CS010837-03 and requires DBE documentation from the low, responsive, responsible bidder within 10 days after bid opening. All participants must comply with applicable federal requirements, including the American Iron and Steel Requirement and Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements. Bidders must provide, upon request, a list of projects successfully completed in the last 2 years with similar scope and approximate cost. All bidders must comply with Alabama’s Contractor’s Licensing Law and be certified for the work type. Bidders must show evidence of appropriate licensing, including the license number on the envelope for the proposal. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bids. Late bids are not considered. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and award the contract to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
