Bidding: This RFP Invites Proposals From Qualified Subcontractors, With A Complete Itemized Cost Breakdown for Their Trade Scope, Including Labor, Materials, Overhead, and Allowances. Scope of Work (Includes, but Not Limited to): - Exterior Insulation and Finish System (Eifs) - Aluminum Framed Storefront and Interior/Exterior Glazing Systems - Sealed Concrete Flooring - Epoxy Flooring - Fire Sprinkler System - Fire Alarm System (Non-proprietary System) - Landscaping - Food Service Equipment (Hood, Refg., Range Etc.)
