Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bedford Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; restaurant; and restaurant.

Construction of a new two-story, Type V-A, fully sprinklered facility totaling approximately 13,476 square feet, consisting of Tactical Training and Classroom Spaces, Emergency Operation Facilities, and Restaurant tenant build-outs. The project will include associated site work, structural systems, exterior envelope construction, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing required for the construction. The Village is currently accepting proposals for the following scopes of work: Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), Aluminum Framed Storefront and Interior/Exterior Glazing Systems, Sealed Concrete, Epoxy Flooring, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System (Non-proprietary system), Landscaping, Asphalt Pavement, and Food Service Equipment (Hood, Refrigerator, Range). Additional coordination may be required with other trades and with the General Contractor to ensure proper sequencing and integration of all work. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements. All bidders are responsible for performing a site inspection and thoroughly reviewing the Contract Documents prior to submitting proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, combine bids, and waive informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the bid opening. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid submission deadline.
