The work is to consist of, but is not limited to: construction of the turning basin and tie-ins, including excavation, road structure, asphalt paving, and tie-ins to existing driveways and adjacent roadway surfaces. General and contractual works such as mobilization/demobilization, bonding and insurance, construction layout, and as-built documentation. Traffic management and site controls including traffic control and signage, dust control (water/calcium chloride), temporary access and safety measures. Environmental protection and tree management including tree protection, tree trimming/relocation, sediment and erosion control. Clearing, stripping and earthworks such as clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping, excavation, and management/disposal of excavated materials. Granular works and road structure including granular base construction, subdrains, driveway granular reinstatement, and geogrid reinforcement. Asphalt pavement works including asphalt removals, tack coat, asphalt base and surface courses, and asphalt driveway reinstatement. Concrete and restoration works including concrete curb and gutter, topsoil placement, sod, tree planting, scour protection, and final site restoration.
