Site work and new construction of a stadium in Richfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium.
The purpose is to enter into a contract to provide: this request for proposals (RFP) seeks qualified contractors, licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct a new stadium including bleachers, grandstands, pressbox, artificial turf sports field, and track in Richfield, Utah. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for through project completion. The CM/GC must be capable of and willing to work closely with SSD representatives and KMA Architects, through the design phase, providing cost estimates, schedules, and feedback on design details, phasing, and availability of materials selected. The project consists of the demolition of the existing site (concrete, grandstands, fencing, track and field) and replacing it with new site concrete, grandstands, artificial turf field, track, fencing, etc. It is anticipated that demolition of the existing Richfield Stadium will begin on or about November 15, 2026. Substantial completion shall be no later than July 31, 2027. The successful CM/GC for the project must be able to complete all subcontractor bids by August 1, 2026.
