Site work for a civil project in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes construction of water, sanitary, and drainage facilities. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent of the total amount bid. The successful bidder must provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven days after receiving contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered at the bid opening address within one business day of the bid opening. Bidders must review and obtain documents from www.CivcastUSA.com by registering on the website. All bids and bid securities must be submitted through this website. Bidders submitting bids acknowledge and agree that contract documents may be accepted, executed, or agreed to through the use of an electronic signature. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in the bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder that in the Board's judgment is most advantageous to the District and will result in the best and most economical completion of the project.
