The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and/or services listed for Salt Lake Community College. After reviewing the submitted responses, the College may choose not to proceed with the procurement. QUESTIONS DEADLINE TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2026 3:00 pm The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes removal and replacement of selected glazing, glazed assemblies and metal panel, at buildings located on the Jordan, Miller and Redwood Campus locations, see scope matrix and Repair Legend sheet G-003. Match existing tint of windows at all locations. At the Redwood campus the work includes the replacement of Clerestory Insulated Window systems: Facility-48 Trades Building-A; (14) at 24'-0" (2) at 29'-0" . Facility-49 Trades Building-B; (6) at 24'-0". Facility-52 Trades Building-C; (3) at 24'-0". See drawings A-110, A-111, A-201, A-501, A-502, and A-503 for locations, details and photographs. On the South Jordan Campus: At the High Tech Center (JHTC); the replacement of (10) curtainwall window panes (insulated glazing) being replaced at the curvilinear wall of the south facade. These are custom curved and tinted. The Health Sciences building (JHS); the replacement of (2) damaged curtain panel (custom metal) on the west facade above the lower roof. The Heat Plant Distribution Building; (5) insulated window panes. See drawings A-113, A-114, A-115, and A-116 for locations, details and photographs. The work also includes at the Miller campus: The Professional Development Center (MPDC); (1) broken insulated window pane, in the N/E facade. The Free Enterprise Center (MFEC); has the replacement of (3) rows of insulated windows in the N/E corner facade, (3) insulated window panes in the N/W corner, second row from the top, and the top triangular section (also insulated). (1) insulated window pane to be replaced in the S/W corner, and the 3 rd row insulated window panes to be replaced. At the Automotive Training Center (MATC); the replacement of (2) insulated panes at the West facade with the 3 rd row of insulated panes.
