Sealed bid submissions are invited for Residential Sound Mitigation at Tweed New Haven Airport. Bids must be submitted using the forms provided in the project documents and in a sealed envelope clearly marked as specified. The Tweed New Haven Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in its best interest. All contractors will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, creed, age, or disability. There are no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goals for this contract. Provisions applying to this contract include: Buy American Preference, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Davis-Bacon and Connecticut Prevailing Wage rates, Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, Trade Restriction Certification, Certification regarding Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees, Prohibition of Covered Unmanned Aircraft Systems, and Procurement of Recovered Materials. Contractors must not be debarred or suspended by any federal agency and must not collude with other bidders in the preparation of the bid.
