Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lakeway, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and perform all work required for the FY2026 Bee Creek Road Improvements project. Work includes milling of asphalt pavement, spoils removal and disposal, patch repair, level up, placement of asphalt, traffic control, and other incidental items. The contractor will be required to complete all Base Bid Work within thirty calendar days from the specified Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages assessed at $1,000 per calendar day for late completion. The selected contractor must provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price from a solvent corporate surety company authorized in Texas, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten percent of the contract price to remain in force for two years from final conditional acceptance.
