Site work for a water / sewer project in Clayton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of the construction of installation of perimeter chain link fence and overhead goose grid for Eagle Heights Stormwater Pond. All Bids shall be submitted online via QuestCDN VBid™. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. In order to be a 'Plan Holder' or 'Bidder', each firm or organization shall either download Bidding Documents from the McMahon Associates, Inc. website utilizing QuestCDN eBidDocTM or obtain a hard copy as designated. Complete digital Bidding Documents are available at specific websites for a non-refundable fee, and on-line bid submission is available for this project for a non-refundable fee. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Town of Clayton in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Clayton.
