Site work for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.
Indianapolis Public Transportation Corp. dba IndyGo is seeking bids from qualified contractors for improvements to IndyGo bus stops on the far east side of Indianapolis. The work at each location includes, but is not limited to, concrete boarding pads, sidewalk, curb, curb ramps, seeding, and minor asphalt resurfacing. One location includes a new pedestrian traffic signal. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The project provides for the improvement of bus stop locations on the far east side of Indianapolis. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete pads for benches and shelters, sidewalk, curbs, and curb ramps. Some locations may involve minor asphalt resurfacing. There will be traffic signal work to install a new RRFB (Rectangular RapidFlashing Beacon) at one location and make modifications at two existing pedestrian traffic signals. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to construct the improvements and shall determine the full scope of work through the examination of the Contract Documents and site locations. B. Type of Contract. 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract VBE (Veteran Business Enterprise) - three percent (3%) Project Description: IPTC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of improvements to local bus stops on the far eastside of Indianapolis. Work involves pouring sidewalks, bus pads, curb, curb ramps, minor resurfacing, and pedestrian traffic signal installation. Every request for such an interpretation or clarification shall be made in writing and submitted by email, by the Bidder, to the Owner to procurement@indygo.net. Include IFB 26-03-577 in the subject line of the email. 2. All requests for interpretation or clarification must be made in writing (as outlined in paragraph 1.7(A)(1) above) by no later than APRIL 10th, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Responses to requests for interpretation or clarification will be provided by Addendum on or before APRIL 17th, 2026.
