The 13th & 14th Ave. Improvements includes 340 linear feet of storm mainline, 1,588 linear feet of water mainline, 2,740 square yards of pavement restoration, plus concrete sidewalks, removable bollards, concrete curb and construction survey. The engineer's estimate for the project is approximately $1,472,370.00. Significant work on this project shall begin as soon as July 1, 2026. All aspects of the project, including asphalt paving must be substantially complete by September 30, 2026 and final completion by October 30, 2026.
