This Request for Proposals does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any proposer in the submission of a proposal. Project Description In general, work includes providing labor, supplies and equipment for the final design, layout, and construction of 3,700 linear feet of multi-use hiking and mountain biking trail in Suzanne Arlie Park. Detailed information can be found in Section V. Requirements and Specifications. Solicitation Documents Proposers are required to submit their proposals through Online prior to the specified due date and time. Detailed submission instructions are provided by the City of Eugene and must be followed to ensure a successful submission. Prevailing Wage Rates This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments.
