Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Altus, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
New Parking Lot including demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving and lighting. Bid Packages include Electrical, Earthwork, Landscaping, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving, and Fencing. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with existing conditions. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope with the words 'SEALED BID,' the project name, and the closing date, along with the bidder’s name and return address marked in the lower left corner. Each bid must be on the provided Bid Form and contain: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Bid Bond (if over $50,000), and Bid Form. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent of the bid is required for bids more than $50,000. Payment & Performance Bonds are required for bids of more than $50,000 and should be included in the Base Bid amount. Bids must be irrevocable for 60 days. All bidders must receive bidding documents directly from the Construction Manager to be eligible.
