Bid is cancelled. The purpose is to obtain proposals from qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive installation of the Adrian Public Schools Filter First Replacement. Proposals must be submitted in person by the due date. Late proposals will not be accepted or considered. Each proposal must be signed by an authorized member of the contractor's firm and submitted on the provided Proposal Forms. No oral, fax, or e-mailed proposals will be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the specified location and time. Contractors may request clarifications in writing via email. From the issue date until selection, prospective contractors may not communicate about the RFP or their proposal with the School District or its representatives, except as specified for clarifications.
