Montana State University-Bozeman is seeking an experienced firm to provide complete design services for the renovation and addition to the Louise Shunk Daycare Center on the Bozeman campus. The successful firm must have experience in planning, programming, and designing daycare facilities and be able to commit a capable team for the entire project process, from design through construction. The project aims to increase the daycare's capacity and align the facility with updated codes and licensure requirements. The scope includes additional classrooms, expanded playgrounds, dedicated child-friendly restrooms, administrative offices, versatile open spaces, and specialized therapy rooms. The project will also address temporary relocation logistics for children and staff during construction. Firms are required to submit qualifications including references, company profile and experience, proposed team member qualifications, technical expertise with daycare or public entity projects, and evidence of creative, responsive architectural solutions for complex campus environments. Service scope will follow all phases and requirements outlined in standard owner-architect agreements and applicable building standards. Submissions must include Form 115 and be submitted through the State's eMACS system by the specified deadline. Late submissions may be rejected.
