Monumentation Public Signage and Place Making project generally includes public signage and placemaking and all related work incidental to the completion of the project as per the acceptance requirements of the Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 and City and County of Broomfield. Bidders must submit sealed bids, including a bid bond for 5% of the total bid, a qualification statement demonstrating present commitments, past performance, experience with comparable work, equipment available for the project, and resumes for key personnel.
