Landscaping, Common Areas, and Irrigation Maintenance Services are required for Luminary Blvd, Selten Way, Pearson Ave, and Centerline Roadways in Orange County, Florida. The contract will consist of maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs and ground cover, open areas, hardscape and irrigation, as well as trash removal through certain distinct areas of maintenance. Proposers must submit proposals for the total area. The ranking of proposers will be based on qualifications according to the Evaluation Criteria specified. The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond in the amount of 25% of the total amount of the first full year’s proposal. Each proposer must supply a bid bond or cashier’s check equal to 5% of the total amount of the first full year’s proposal. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package, bearing the proposer’s name and identifying the project. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing required documents may be disqualified. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it determines such rejection is in its best interest. Protests regarding the scope of work and selection criteria must be filed in writing according to specific procedures. All questions must be directed in writing to PFM Management Services LLC.
