Site work for a water / sewer project in Gary, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, superintendence, and all necessary incidentals for the repair of sanitary sewer pipe. Manhole No. 85 Sewer Invert Depth is approximately 8.5 feet. Manhole No. 86 Sewer Invert Depth is approximately 7.8 feet. Manhole No. 91 Sewer Invert Depth is approximately 8.3 feet. Perform work in strict conformance with Specification Sections 02251-Shoring, Sheeting, and Bracing; 02316-Excavation; 02317-Backfilling; 02370-Slope Protection and Erosion Control; 02500-Laying and Jointing Buried Pipelines; 02507-Buried Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Pipe and Fittings; 02350 Pipe Bursting; and 02631 - Resin Impregnated Flexible Tube Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP). Provide and install all specified items in accordance with the City of Gary, Sewer and City Infrastructure Standards and Specifications Manual. Quotes must be submitted to the Procurement Department in person, in a sealed envelope and marked accordingly. The Gary Sanitary District is also accepting electronic bid submissions. Bidders shall create a free account with OpenGov Procurement and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Proposers shall submit all inquiries online.
