The District invites detailed proposals from construction firms with expertise in the design, construction, and permitting process for park washrooms utilizing a CCDC14 (2013) design-build stipulated price contract for the provision of a park washroom facility at Handsworth Secondary School Artificial Turf Field, in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Submissions must be submitted using one of the specified delivery methods, and all enquiries and proposal submissions must be made through the District's Bids & Tenders site. Site Walkthrough 04/23/2026 at 11:00 AM PT Meeting Location: Handsworth Secondary School, 1033 Handsworth Road, North Vancouver BC An optional site/information meeting is scheduled for the District to discuss its Requirements under this RFP. Proponents planning on attending the site meeting are requested to indicate their intent to attend via email to purchasing@dnv.org prior to the schedule site meeting date. While attendance is optional, Proponents are encouraged to attend in order to familiarize themselves with the required scope of Services and as to the site conditions, especially as there is ongoing construction at the site. A Proponent not attending the site meeting will be presumed to have satisfied himself as to all scope of Services Requirements and site conditions.
