For any and all trades for the Eagle Lake Maintenance Facility Project. The project involves the new construction of an office building, a maintenance building, two storage buildings, and all associated site development. The scope includes but is not limited to construction materials testing, sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, sidewalks, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, concrete, masonry, structural steel/ handrails, pre-engineered metal building, rough carpentry, cabinetry and countertops, aluminum storefront entrances, aluminum storefront windows, joint sealants, insulation, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, roll up doors, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, flooring/ base, acoustical ceilings, painting, markerboards/ tackboards, signage, flag poles, misc. specialties, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher cabinets, window treatments, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.
