The project is for providing construction administration and management services for the Four Mile Run Road Water Transmission Replacement Project (Phase V), which consists of the replacement of approximately 1,560 linear feet of 36-inch transmission main on Four Mile Run Road between Lanterman Road and Central Avenue in Austintown Township, Mahoning County, Ohio. Scope of Services includes: - Construction Administration: Reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; conducting pre-construction and progress meetings; reviewing and recommending approval of pay estimates; maintaining project records. - Construction Inspection: Providing full-time and/or part-time inspection as required; verifying materials, quantities, and installation per plans/specifications; preparing daily inspection reports and photo documentation. - Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate records of quantities (force account where applicable); tracking change orders and field directives. - Project Closeout: Reviewing record drawings; developing punch list and verifying completion; finalizing quantities and project close-out documentation. Instructions to Bidders: - Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) must be limited to ten single-sided pages, with up to two additional pages for the Project Approach. - SOQs should include the firm's history, technical expertise, education and experience of key personnel, experience in managing similar size projects, staff availability, current references, hourly rates, overhead, profit, and costs. - The Project Approach (not to exceed two pages) must confirm site visit and address understanding of the project scope, risks, constructability, and coordination approach. - Incomplete or non-compliant statements will not be considered. - Four copies of the SOQ must be submitted to the specified address by the deadline.
