Sealed bids are invited for airport improvements at Sheridan County Airport, specifically for the acquisition of an SRE Loader and Plow. The project receives funding from the Federal Aviation Administration under the Airport Infrastructure Grant Program and the Wyoming Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division. Bids will be evaluated in compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws, with the contract awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to FAA and WYDOT concurrence. No geographic preference is given. Each bid requires a bid security of 10% of the total amount in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must furnish a supply contract bond equal to 100% of the contract value. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate, with required information to be submitted as specified. All applicable federal contract provisions apply, including Buy American Preference, Davis-Bacon wage rates, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. The Owner may reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or re-advertise if necessary.
