This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road. Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Drainage Rehabilitation, Repair, Replacement & Miscellaneous Maintenance Services" through the routine maintenance prequalification process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote. The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking bids for Drainage Rehabilitation, Repair, Replacement & Miscellaneous Maintenance Services from qualified firms who have been awarded a Master Service Agreement through the prequalification process. All respondents are subject to the terms and conditions of the master agreement, subsequent awarded contract, and the ITB/RFQ form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully.
